Medical Provider - Physician or Advanced Practice Provider

Outside In is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Provider — either a Physician or an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) — to join our integrated, mission-driven team.

Requirements

• Provide patient-centered care that includes diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive health services, and health education.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to promote continuity of care through joint planning and problem solving with internal and external partners.
• Meet all regulatory obligations of the Health Center’s medical practice: FTCA, CLIA, HIPAA, State and Federal regulations and other appropriate regulatory bodies as applicable.
