SUD Treatment Counselor - Masters Degree Required
Master’s degree in social work or closely related field, required. 1-2 years of experience providing counseling, case management, and familiarity with medications for addiction treatment
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
State Board recognized medical education, Oregon state license, dispensing license, and experience working with underserved populations
Front Desk Specialist & Behavioral Health Milieu Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 0-2 years of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center or integrated community-health setting
Resource Navigator
Two years of relevant experience and competency working with unhoused populations, people with behavioral health concerns, and/or people with chronic health conditions, required. Credentialed as a Community Health Worker (CHW), required or within 6 weeks of hire
Medical Assistant 2 (on-call)
Medical Assistant certification, 2 years experience in medical office setting, and knowledge of infection control principles
CADC Recovery Oriented Supports and Engagement (ROSE) Program Manager
3 years of experience in substance use disorders and/or co-occurring counseling, CADC II or higher, 2 years in a leadership role providing clinical supervision
Housing Case Manager
2+ years of experience working with people experiencing homelessness, adolescents, people with mental health struggles, and/or people with substance use challenges
Youth Specialist (On-Call)
1 year of relevant experience working with youth, BA/BS in a related field, strong communication skills, basic computer skills
Medical Provider - Physician or Advanced Practice Provider
4+ years of experience in primary care to marginalized and oppressed populations
Overnight Resident Services Navigator
2 years' experience working with at-risk youth, knowledge of service systems and clinical issues, and basic computer skills
