Job Description
The CADC Recovery Oriented Supports and Engagement (ROSE) Program Manager provides leadership for the ROSE program, overseeing day-to-day operations and service delivery. This includes leading peer-delivered services, supervising staff, and evaluating program effectiveness. The role also involves serving as a liaison with county and community stakeholders, developing and managing program budgets, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements.
Requirements
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and strategic oversight of the R.O.S.E. program
- Oversee day-to-day operations, service delivery, and program quality
- Supervise, coach, develop, and evaluate program staff (e.g., case managers, peer support specialists, CADC)
- Provide clinical supervision for CADC Licensure
- Serve as a liaison with Multnomah County, BH providers, housing partners, and community stakeholders
