Job Description
We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage project bidding, pricing, contracting, submittals, ordering, and change orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent computer and software skills, and be able to learn take-off software.
Requirements
- Ability to read architectural and interior décor plans, specifications and related documents
- Excellent computer and software skills
- Ability to learn take-off software (training provided)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry a plus or the willingness to learn the industry
- CAN DO attitude, self-starter, and ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
