Job Description
The Medical Virtual Assistant will manage patient referrals, perform data entry, and ensure HIPAA-compliant data handling. Key responsibilities include triage, reporting, and documentation, as well as providing support in developing efficient workflows and compliance tracking.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a clinical admin role
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with high-volume data entry and triage workflows
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Highly organized and capable of self-management in a remote setting
