Requirements
- Min 3.5 years proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian construction standards, materials, and regulations
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Buildsoft, CostX, or similar)
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
