Requirements
- Minimum of 2.5-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proven ability to handle complex administrative tasks with professionalism and efficiency
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with tools for email management, calendar scheduling, and document creation
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a structured workflow in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in document creation, email responses, and task execution, ensuring that all outputs meet professional standards
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise emails and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Integrity and Discretion: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
