Job Description
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, screen resumes, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and social media platforms
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to work closely with hiring managers and team members
- Ethics and Compliance: Uphold ethical recruitment practices and comply with relevant labor laws and regulations
