- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database (ATS Applicant Tracking System).
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance The Headhunter Groups presence in the job market.
- Assist in contract negotiations and job offer finalization.
