Requirements
- 3-5 years in B2B sales, ideally within facilities management, janitorial, or a related service industry
- Lead Generation Skills: Demonstrated experience in successful outbound sales and lead generation
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- CRM & Sales Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in preparing estimates, drafting contracts, and maintaining client communications
- Organizational Skills: Strong time-management skills to handle sales, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently
