Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience screening resumes and conducting interviews
- Experience coordinating and scheduling interviews as part of a hiring process
- Experience as a generalist recruiter hiring across multiple role types and industries
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate records and pipelines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal)
- Availability to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours
