Job Description
We're looking for a Claim Advisor to manage Motor and Home Property claims from start to finish. As a Claim Advisor, you'll take ownership of your claims portfolio, using your judgment and technical knowledge to ensure fair, timely outcomes for our customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our offices in Cherrywood, Dublin.
Requirements
- 1+ years' claims handling experience in motor or home insurance
- APA qualification in line with MCC requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A detail-oriented, organised approach to managing tasks
- A team player who takes ownership and responsibility
- A focus on doing what's right for the customer and the business
