Job description
As Salesforce Lead Developer, you will play a key role in our Digital Transformation unit, helping shape how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support engage with customers. This is both a technical leadership and hands-on development role.
Lead the Salesforce development team, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, scalability, maintenance, and Salesforce governance. Own the technical execution of Salesforce solutions, from requirements analysis to deployment and support.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Lead Developer, with deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform. Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce development frameworks.
