Job Description
The RV Resort Manager is responsible for the daily operations of Tropic Hideaway RV Resort, overseeing all aspects of guest services, team management, facility maintenance, revenue performance, and community standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in RV resorts, campgrounds, or hospitality
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Strong guest service orientation with ability to handle difficult situations
- Experience with property management or reservation systems
- Financial acumen including budgeting, P&L management, and reporting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and be on-call for emergencies
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a golf cart
