RV Resort Manager

RV Resort Manager responsible for operational & continued profitability of the resort & serves as the day to day point of contact for guests and residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years in property management/resort experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience
• 6 months in previous sales and leasing experience
• 6 months in experience with NetSuite
• General knowledge of property maintenance
• Solid negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment law
• Basic computer proficiency, including email, the internet and Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours
• Ability to live on-site within the resort (housing provided), if applicable
• Must have a valid driver's license
