Applicant Pool for Adjunct Faculty, Humanities

The applicant will be responsible for quality instruction and effective participation in the total affairs of the college. The position requires teaching undergraduates in the Humanities discipline and providing evidence of teaching potential. The applicant must be aware of current pedagogy in teaching college students.

Requirements

• Classroom and/or online instruction in the Humanities discipline
• Knowledge of and integration of appropriate practices of teaching different learning styles
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Computer use, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Blackboard
