Job Description
The Batch, Binder & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor will lead the Maintenance team for the Batch, Binder, Utilities & Facilities areas for the Newark Plant, responsible for all aspects of the maintenance process, with a focus on safety, employee engagement, and cost reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Operation and a minimum of 1-3 years of industrial manufacturing/maintenance supervisory assignments
- In lieu of a degree, 5 or more years of relevant experience may suffice
- Ability to make decisions based on facts and / or data
- Ability to lead unionized hourly employees
- Ability to create and drive change and effectively communicate to all levels in the organization
