Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will lead maintenance execution to ensure safe, effective, efficient, continuous plant operation through proactive maintenance and reliability of the facility and equipment. The role involves supervising electromechanics, driving a zero environmental, health, and safety incident culture, and communicating effectively with all levels of the plant organization.
Requirements
- 2-year technical degree; 4-year degree or experience equivalent preferred (EE or ME)
- CMRP certified preferred
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Industrial utility and facility system knowledge
