Job Description
The OTC Support Center Supervisor plays a key role within our European Excellence Hub, leading nonâcustomerâfacing OrderâtoâCash (OTC) operations. This role combines handsâon operational execution with dayâtoâday team leadership, ensuring stable, compliant, and highâquality OTC backâoffice processes across multiple countries.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of OrderâtoâCash and backâoffice processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), pricing, invoicing, and EDI topics
- Proven ability to combine operational execution with team supervision
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and standardization
