Technical Team Lead

As a Technical Team Lead, you will lead our teams during the design and implementation of innovative computer solutions, act as a trusted technical contact for our clients, and contribute to the definition of technical architecture, technology selection, and development guidelines.

Requirements

• Holder of a technical institute, university or higher education diploma, with at least 7 years of experience in analysis, design and development.
• Experienced in leading teams and participating in Agile projects.
• Familiar with continuous integration and deployment and DevSecOps culture.
• Expert in Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security frameworks and mastering frontend technologies such as Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of security best practices (OWASP) and implemented application security principles, including authentication and authorization management based on standards such as OAuth2, OpenID, JWT.
• Experienced in working in cloud environments such as Azure and/or AWS, using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1 level).
