Consultancy to Develop/ Deliver Community-led GBV Risk Mapping Training

Oxfam is seeking a consultant to develop and deliver a training on community-led GBV risk mapping through FPAR approach for 36 community members and leaders in Cambodia. The consultant will also develop a GBV risk mapping handbook and provide technical assistance to 2 communities in conducting GBV risk mapping.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies, Human Rights, Sociology, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing programs for training using interactive, inclusive, and participatory methods.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and conducting research, studies, assessments, or analysis through feminist approach.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in the fields of gender equality, social inclusion, and/or other related areas.
• Strong understanding of the socio-economic and gender-based violence context in Cambodia.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Khmer and English language skills essential.
