Job Description
The Programme Analyst, GBV, is responsible for supporting the implementation of the 7th Country Programme (CP) 2024-2028, with a focus on addressing gender-based violence. The role will work closely with the GBV team to coordinate and implement key activities, including training and capacity building workshops, and monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Advanced (Masters) degree in Development Studies, Gender and/or Social Studies, Public Health, Social Work or any related field.
- At least 2 years of increasingly responsible professional experience in the field of gender or gender-based violence, sexual and reproductive health and rights, international development.
- Proven experience in capacity building, including organising workshops, delivering training and mentoring related to GBV.
- Solid knowledge of national policies and legal frameworks on GBV with a proven understanding of existing national and subnational data on GBV.
- Fluency in both English and Khmer is required.
