Requirements
- Lead a team of Research Associates and Scientists
- Mentor, coach, and provide career development opportunities
- Establish and implement strategies to enhance and continuously improve OXBâs Downstream Process Development platform
- Partner closely with Upstream Process Development, Drug Product Development, Analytical Development, and other cross-functional teams
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients
- Leverage expertise in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) to drive the development, scale-up, and tech transfer of AAV downstream processes
