Requirements
- Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, preferably postgraduate or PhD
- Experience in a global CDMO or biopharma environment
- Strong technical expertise in viral vector technologies
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks such as cGMP and ICH
- Proven ability to deliver new technical capabilities and drive innovation
- Strong strategic, analytical and commercial thinking skills
