OXB is a quality and innovation-led viral vector CDMO seeking a Global Technical Leader to drive technical leadership in viral vector CDMO, design strategic initiatives, and represent the company's innovation and quality-led capabilities to clients and the wider industry.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
- Relevant industrial experience in viral vectors, gene therapy, biologics or related fields
- Strong technical expertise in viral vector CDMO technologies
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (cGMP, ICH) and emerging CGT industry expectations
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
