Machinist

We are seeking a Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain manual machine tools to produce precision parts to specification. The Machinist will work on CNC, mill, and lathe equipment, read blueprints, and make recommendations on material sourcing. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of machining experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of machining experience on CNC, mill, lathe
• Ability to read blueprints/design drawings
• Make recommendations on material sourcing
• Expertise on design and revision recommendations
• Ability to give time and cost estimates based on drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility and desire to take input from different departments on projects and transform into a finished product
• Ability to work independently and build relationships cross functionally
