Automation Product Manager

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an Automation Product Manager to join their team and work alongside development, marketing, and commercial teams to manage the automation roadmap. The role involves managing product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating high-level business and market requirements into detailed product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

• Background in NGS or automation with a life science, biology, or chemistry degree (or proven experience)
• Experience in roles similar to product owner, product manager, or product marketing
• Ability to facilitate user and product requirements workshops with cross-functional stakeholder groups and technical team members
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to detail processes
• Real passion for technology, innovation, and a curiosity about DNA sequencing
• Ability to build effective relationships with a collaborative approach
