Scientist (Technical Operations)

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Scientist to join their Technical Operations Team as a Scientist, supporting Manufacturing. The role involves providing technical support, driving continuous improvements, and working with Production and Third Party suppliers to support chip and flow cell manufacture.

Requirements

• Materials Scientist, Physicist, Surface Scientist, or similar
• Strong data skills and experience of structured problem solving
• Regulated manufacturing environment experience
• Microfluidic system design, manufacture, and analysis experience
• Cleanroom processes experience
• Material analysis on MEMS structures experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Change Control knowledge / experience
