Job Description
Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to drive awareness of their products within the ANZ-East territory, including New South Wales, the Australian Capital Territory, and New Zealand. The role involves developing and executing a strategic business plan, building and managing relationships with key opinion leaders, and increasing revenue through new market opportunities. The position requires up to 50% travel.
Requirements
- BSc in Life Sciences or related discipline; advanced degree advantageous
- Proven field commercial experience selling complex scientific products or services
- Strong track record of strategic account management
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with experience working to budgets and structured sales processes
- Confident using CRM systems
- Outstanding organisation, time management and ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
