Job Description
This is a sales-focused, hands-on role within a dynamic team for the Regional Strategic Account Manager (SAM). The SAM will be responsible for driving sales of Phoenix Contact products by combining engineering knowledge with interpersonal skills, focusing on regional accounts. Responsibilities include strategic planning, relationship development, and navigating business reviews, leading cross-functional teams, and providing sales materials.
Requirements
- Meet or exceed sales quotas as established by the RSM.
- Proficient in BASE selling skills.
- Lead development of a strategic plan and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools.
