Oxford University Press (OUP) is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join its Sales Operations team in São Paulo. The successful candidate will support sales operations and e-commerce activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Completed degree
- Solid experience in sales operations, customer service, e-commerce, or related areas
- Experience with ERP systems, especially in data extraction and analysis
- Proven ability to generate and analyze commercial and operational reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resilient, and customer-oriented profile
- Fluency in Portuguese (oral and written)
- Proficiency in English at level B2 (CEFR) or higher
