Job Description
We are looking for a commercial consultant to join our team at Wizard by Pearson. This professional will be responsible for closely monitoring commercial performance across units, advising franchisors and sales teams, training teams and directly contributing to the evolution of indicators across the network.
Requirements
- Fit with Pearson's culture.
- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related areas.
- Previous experience in sales, commercial consultancy, or performance monitoring.
- Analytical capacity for reading indicators, sales funnels, and commercial intelligence.
- Excellent communication, relationship, persuasion, and team leadership skills.
- Proactivity, autonomy, sense of ownership, and focus on execution.
- Domination of commercial tools and experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce.
- Intermediate English.
- Availability for travel across Brazil.
