Job Description
Talent Acquisition Partner to join a great team of TA Partners and Sourcers in Vilnius. Responsibilities include sourcing and headhunting, interviewing, organization, partnership, offer management, reference and background checks, data management, innovation and improvement, and employer branding.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience and willingness to hire both commercial and tech roles
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and platforms used to source/identify candidates
- Expertise in talent sourcing
- Strong business acumen
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills
- A caring and supportive team player with the ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapid change
- Desire to stay abreast of market conditions and use data to inform decisions & a thirst for knowledge
- Fluent English and Lithuanian language skills
