Weâre looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us at Telia, responsible for managing the full recruitment process and acting as an adviser to the business, supporting hiring across Teliaâs Nordic and Baltic markets.
Requirements
- Manage the full recruitment process and act as an adviser to the business, supporting hiring across Teliaâs Nordic and Baltic markets
- Lead the endâtoâend recruitment workflow for corporate roles (finance, procurement, legal, HR, etc.)
- Build strong, trustâbased relationships with hiring managers and support them with hiring insights
- Engage and nurture candidates throughout a highâtouch recruitment experience
- Use data and technology (ATS, sourcing tools) to guide conversations and improve process effectiveness
- Represent TA as a subjectâmatter expert in sourcing and recruitment practices
