Job Description
The Professional Maintenance Specialist will take full responsibility for the at ready state of all equipment and supporting infrastructure for the Ozarks Coca-Cola/Dr Pepper Bottling Company assets related to production, Safety and Quality of the business focus.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Five (5) years in the performance of a high-speed production facility working with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Six Sigma training
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on mechanical power transmission and other mechanical equipment
- Ability to use proven leadership skills and work in a team environment to mentor and train other employees
