Your future tasks
At your place, there are no problems, but only challenges, your main goal is to ensure and monitor the quality of process flows.
- Create customer files according to ISO 77200 (including instruction manual with hazard assessment, customer release and signature of all employees used, induction)
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, always available for their concerns.
- Arrange and bring appointments to a close.
- Create comprehensive customer satisfaction analyses including result evaluation and measure derivation.
- Weekly reporting is also an important part of your work.
- Train our employees.
- Document your successes in our CRM system (Salesforce).
Your profile
You already have experience in the security industry, you have probably even worked operationally and know what the customer is looking for.
- You are characterized by the fact that you notice opportunities and seize them.
- You manage to solve problems that arise with the customer with your solution-oriented and convincing style.
- You impress with persistence and negotiation skills.
- Your communicative personality is fascinating! Every phone call with you is a real added value!
- You have integrity, honesty and reliability.
- You are intrinsically motivated and want to achieve your goals.
- You can work structured and organized.
- You can express yourself not only in German, but also in English. Further foreign languages are also an advantage.
