Job Description
We're seeking passionate, bilingual (English/Japanese) individuals to join our team as Airline Customer Service Agents at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills, including active listening
- Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
- Computer literacy with attention to detail and quick, accurate data entry
- Calmness and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
