Senior Counsel, Law Operations

Responsible for providing legal advice and representation in connection with all aspects of the company's operations involving state and federal regulations, including electric transmission development, transmission rate cases, safety, infrastructure operations, compliance, enforcement and service planning. Responsible for the selection and management of outside counsel and for the coordination of the company's legal agenda across its various lines of business to provide strategic, comprehensive, and complete legal advice with respect to the company's legal agenda.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Law Bar Admission, U.S.
• U.S. state bar active member in good standing
• Legal experience, post-JD-Juris Doctor, or other job-related, 10 years
• Experience as Attorney, 7 years
