Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Intelligence Analyst, you'll support research and development of strategic talent sourcing strategies, conduct best-in-class talent sourcing and pipelining, and drive key decisions and recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, recruitment marketing or a similar role
- Strong command of recruitment marketing tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong cross-functional partnerships
