Pacific Life is seeking an experienced AVP, Business Transformation Leader to join its Institutional Retirement Division in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. The successful candidate will lead a multi-year modernization agenda to scale the division for continued growth, operational excellence, and an even stronger customer experience.
Requirements
- 10+ years in transformation leadership within financial services, insurance, asset management
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
