Job Description
We're seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join our team as an Assistant Vice President and Managing Assistant General Counsel. As a key member of our Office of the General Counsel - Investments Team, you'll lead and support the negotiation, documentation, and closing of complex commercial real estate loans on behalf of Pacific Life Insurance Company as lender.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 8+ years' experience negotiating and closing complex commercial real estate loans, preferably lender-side work
- Strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs
