Pacific Life is seeking an AVP of Talent Enablement to oversee talent programs, employee experience, and culture strategy. The successful candidate will lead a team of talent professionals and collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent enablement initiatives with enterprise workforce goals.
Requirements
- Lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise talent programs
- Advance the employee experience, culture, and belonging strategy
- Ensure programs and initiatives align with Pacific Life's Values, Behaviors, and Strategies
- Partner with People Experience Analytics to design and manage the enterprise listening strategy
- Establish and monitor outcome-based metrics and scorecards to measure the effectiveness and impact of talent enablement initiatives
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to ensure Talent Enablement programs and initiatives are aligned to enterprise workforce goals
