Job Description
We are seeking an AVP, Workforce Benefits Product & Pricing to join our Workforce Benefits Finance organization in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. The role will be accountable for the end-to-end lifecycle performance of our Group Life, Group Disability, and Leave/Absence portfolio, ensuring our offerings balance customer value, profitable growth, and risk.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, finance, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent combination of education or experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in workforce benefits or group insurance, with increasing leadership and scope
- Actuarial credential (FSA) preferred, or equivalent depth of product, pricing, and risk leadership experience
