As a Case Design Specialist II, you will provide best in class service, support, training to both internal and external customers through innovative solutions, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- FINRA Series 6, 63, SIE, and Life licenses within 180 days of Start Date
- 1-2 years of life insurance industry experience with running illustrations and knowledge in case design
- Detail oriented, analytical, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills needed for contact with field representatives and internal personnel
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced teamwork environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
