Job Description
Pacific Life is seeking a Case Design Analyst to promote sales goals and provide best-in-class service, support, and training to customers. The role requires 1-2 years of life insurance industry experience and FINRA Series 6, 63, SIE, and Life licenses. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of life insurance industry experience with running illustrations and knowledge in case design
- FINRA Series 6, 63, SIE, and Life licenses within 180 days of Start Date
- Detail oriented, analytical, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills needed for contact with field representatives and internal personnel
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced teamwork environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
