Job Description
Pacific Life is seeking a Compliance Consultant to join their Workforce Benefits legal support team in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE. The role will provide legal and compliance support for paid family and medical leave, disability, and other mandated leave-related insurance programs.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in legal or compliance roles in insurance or financial services
- Strong experience in STD, LTD, statutory disability and PFML
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and influence at all management levels
