Job Description
Pacific Life is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our teams in the Consumer Markets Division in Omaha, NE. The role involves handling incoming inquiries, providing problem resolution, and assisting policyholders with transactions and technical questions.
Requirements
- FINRA SIE and series 6 or 7 license required
- 1-2 years of experience in a related customer service role
- College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Proactive and resourceful, with a knack for finding answers through research
- Strong analytical skills and creative thinking
- Skilled at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Motivated to learn quickly and adapt to changes
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word and Outlook
