The successful candidate will analyze global trends in utilizing technology across the insurance industry, study business motivational context, and develop architecture solution designs for key initiatives and special projects.
Requirements
- Broad knowledge of financial services in general or insurance industry specific, deep in 3+ domains (Business, Applications, Data, Integration, Infrastructure, Security)
- Strong behavioral skills relevant to consensus building, communication, facilitation, negotiation, relationship building, working knowledge of business / operating / financial models and cost / benefit analysis, risk analysis / management, consulting, and navigating organizational politics
- 15+ years of progressive technology experience
- 7.5+ years as an Architect
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computed engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience
