Pacific Life is seeking a Sales Process Lead to join their Sales Process Optimization Fusion Team. As a Sales Process Lead, you will drive sales process optimization and be part of a cross-functional team. The role is hybrid and can be based in Newport Beach, CA or Omaha, NE.
Requirements
- 8+ years distribution experience in the financial services space with a focus on annuity/life third party distribution
- 4yr College Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Self-driven with ability to work independently
- Ability to drive accountability and lead projects
- Customer oriented
- Strong working knowledge of Annuity and/or Life Products, Salesforce, Seismic
