Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, change management, or process implementation in a regional or global sales context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Prior experience in sales with consumer products/consumer durables is preferred
- Ability to work cross functionally and under pressure
